The malay neighbor stopped agitating the dog. And then came tenants from China on the 3rd unit. Howling as they exit the lift, shouting at the dog, talk on hp damn loud at 3 to 5am. I'm not pissed but I do look down on the new neighbors. I have something that they do not have which is basic courtesy. We all know they have exceeded the amount of tenants by the law. Just didn't want to create trouble for the owner whom we are in okay terms. I believe the 2nd unit beside us can't stand them either. Fights in the middle of the night which the 4th unit told us. Let's see whose patience runs dry 1st, who will be the one to report on them 1st.
