Ex gf dropped by and told me that i've shed some pounds. Now i realised lol. There goes the fats accumulated on my cheeks during my NS era. Thats good hah. Some jeans i cant wear it anymore, too loose on the waist lolx, oh no...im back to how i was back in polydays. The recent illness plus my loss of appetite made me lost weight. Amazingly as a guy, i can survive with one meal per day which is dinner lol. Trying hard to eat lunch...they say im anorexic (did i spell that correctly o.O)
