More and more people are asking why are my hands trembling. I wasn't nervous or excited and I never notice it. There are times where I saw my own hands trembling while holding a glass of water, fork and spoon but I thought it's normal, lack of sleep or something. Then I begin to think alot, I have scoliosis on my lower spine, my hands tremble, and it's hard for me to do sit ups. I have a few accidents to my left wrist and right hand years ago. I'm going for a checkup soon, maybe after reservice ends. Maybe it's hereditary, my father's hands has nerves problems.
