Strange thing happened to my PC desktop. No viruses/malware were found and even a fresh reformat/install os didn't work. Graphic card .dll files would secretly disappear causing infinite restart cycles upon loading desktop with error lines. It looks like the graphic card is burning out. As it's isn't worth it to buy another AGP card to replace it and this desktop is so outdated, like 7yrs ago, we decided to get a new one.

Decided on a Compaq presario which later on we changed our minds and went on with an Acer Aspire with decent specs. Waiting for approval now. While waiting, I couldn't stand living a day without PC so I mess with my damaged PC again. Booting into safemode offline, backing up my files onto external hdd, and wipe off the secondary internal hdd completely and reboot. Upon reaching desktop, the nvlddnkm error popped again for a few times. After the 6th time it recovered from it, the errorneous message ceased. Everything started working okay again for now. I wouldn't dare to do any graphic intensive stuffs on the PC itself, not even watching videos. So what puzzles me is, is there a hidden virus thats set to overclock my gpu causing all those graphical glitches and forces it into system restart loop or a damaged graphic card or a very well hidden virus sneaked into my hdds or is it the graphic drivers. It seems that the problem starts when gpu drivers are installed form the official site. Hopefully it will not die on me again before the new PC arrives.
